What it is
Base Assist started as an idea I had in college: one app to run your entire business. Instead of stitching together a CRM, a time tracker, an expense tool, and a billing spreadsheet, a company turns on the apps it needs and they all work from the same data.
It's in production today, with 20+ apps released or on the way, and it gets updates continuously.
How it's built
- Multi-tenant. One login, and a person can belong to multiple organizations.
- Modular. Each organization chooses the apps it uses.
- One shared data model. Never enter data twice. Records work across every app, so a client added in the CRM is the same client in projects, WIP, time, and expenses, keeping data consistent and accurate.
WIP billing
The WIP app pulls together time, expense, and vendor data to bill multi-million-dollar projects in under 30 minutes. For most of our clients, that used to take several days of manual entry.

SRP Environmental is one of our biggest beta testers, which keeps the product grounded in real field and billing work.
